There are many values The Clue Room family holds to importance. In a recent gathering, we each answered the prompt: “What is one core value you would pick for The Clue Room?”. It was a great and fun way for us to not only think about what was important to each of us individually, but what everyone on the team thought.

The Golden Rule : Treat Others as You Wish to be Treated

The Clue Room is a family-owned and operated small business. The Golden Rule – that one should always treat others as they wish to be treated – was consistently affirmed by the Mata Family matriarch, Elisa, well before The Clue Room existed. This core value of empathy found in the Mata Family has naturally extended into The Clue Room. We want to treat our customers they way we would wanted to be treated if we were a guest here or anywhere.

Attentive

We strive to answer phone calls and emails as quickly as possible; providing the information you need in a timely fashion. At The Clue Room, you won’t find automated phone answering services or robot-call attendants. When you need to contact The Clue Room, you’ll speak with a real human who really wants to help. Extraordinary Facilities

We expect extraordinary game design. Which is why we design our games in-house to guarantee an experience that stands out from all others. We take pride in our original game themes, puzzles, story-telling, and decor.

We expect extraordinary cleanliness. We work hard to ensure our restrooms and games remain orderly for each guest we host at The Clue Room.

We expect extraordinary maintenance of facilities; remaining vigilant to repairs and upkeep of all aspects of The Clue Room experience.

We aim to serve each and every guest with an experience imbued with each of our core values. We seek to treat each guest with great attention, a clean and extraordinary facility, and a game that is free of errors.

Joy

We love what we do. It is truly our pleasure to run escape games. There is magic in every step from designing our original games, building the game, hosting our guests, providing hints, taking the group photo, and conversing about the game with our guests. It is an honor to see people problem solve and collaborate to achieve a shared goal. It is a privilege we hope to enjoy for many years to come. We hope our joy for escape games shows in everything we do.
