Be sure to fill in the Donation form with the following information:
Best contact information: First and last name, email, phone number, and organization name
Pick a Monday that works best for your group, and an alternate Monday. Please keep in mind that blackout days are: November 10 – January 14.
Group size: We want to make sure we have the correct amount of staffing set aside for your group. Please keep in mind that we do not hold any games for groups smaller than 20.
What time works best for your event: Morning, Afternoon, or Evening? The fundraising event must occur during our regular hours of operation.
Once our staff confirms the event details with you, we will provide you with a Private Booking Link and Fundraising Code to share with your supporters that they must use to book into your Fundraising Event. This is important, so we know who came to support your cause!
Have 20 or more supporters use the provided fundraising code for your organization to receive funds. Fundraising code can only be used for our 10 Live Escape Games booked on the day of the fundraising event.
The use of gift vouchers is not valid for games booked on and for the event, since these are purchases already made on a different date.
Event can be rescheduled for another Monday with a 48-hour notice. We do not issue refunds or credits for canceled events.
If your group is unable to make it to your scheduled event due to weather (snow, rain, hail, tornado, etc.), Acts of God, illness, or by reason of any other occurrence not under your control you may reschedule or cancel your event. We do not issue refunds or credits for any canceled events. Reminder: we require a 48-hour notice to reschedule.
Funds will be issued 7-10 business days after the event.
All marketing and promotional materials, promotion of the event, and sharing on social media is the responsibility of the organization. The Clue Room is happy to post any flyers and marketing materials in the facility if provided.

This release covers any potential accidents that may occur and gives The Clue Room all rights to using any pictures or video of attendees captured during the game.
